• Kan Teq have teamed up with Knox to produce this revolutionary equestrian body protector for women. Knox, world leaders in the manufacture of sports protection garments, have designed a foam panel protection system for the Kan Body Protector which is truly unique being both strong and light.
• The Kan Body Protector combines both the STRENGTH of Knox’s safety foam technology with the BEAUTY of Kan Teqs design for the outer garment, to produce a body protector which offers the maximum in comfort, flexibility, safety and style … the next generation of protective equestrianwear.
• PROTECTION:
• The protectors foam panels have an outer skin containing thousands of tiny air pockets designed to absorb the impact of an equestrian fall.
• The foam panels are semi-rigid: firm enough to hold shape, whilst remaining soft and flexible to offer a high degree of comfort.
• Shoulder pieces safeguard the vulnerable places.
• THE FIT:
• The Kan Body Protector has a unique body-formed moulding system to ensure a snug fit. It not only hugs the waist, chest and back, but also the bust and curves into the small of the back.
• In addition there are six points for further size adjustment.
• THE COVER:
• The covers fabric is tencel-coated for stain resistance and waterproofing and has two-way stretch properties, allowing the internal foam panels to move with the body when on horseback.
• The fabric is light with high abrasion resistance.
• Reflective logos and piping aid visibility in the dark.
• The lining is hydrophilic smart fabric - absorbing moisture whilst remaining dry to the touch.
• The Kan Body Protector is protected to BETA 2000 Level 3 Body and Shoulder Protector Standard.
• Garments certified under this scheme meet all the requirements of EN13158:2000.
