To measure for clothing, the following methods are normally recommended;
Waist - Measure around your natural waist. Ensure the tape is snug, but not tight and level.
Chest/Bust - Measure around the largest part of your chest. Ensure the tape is snug, but not tight and level.
Inside leg – Measure from the crotch to the inner ankle bone.
